FAQ about service.
How long does a service take?+
Depends on the package — small 30 min, medium an hour, large 2 h. Exclusiv service (full maintenance) takes half a day or a day. We confirm the pickup time when you book.
What should I bring for the service?+
Just the bike — ideally clean (or at least roughly mud-free). If you have specific issues (clicking gears, squeaking brakes), note it in the form or tell Igor at drop-off.
Are prices final?+
Yes, all package prices are final — I'm not a VAT payer. Spare parts (chain, brake pads, cables, hoses) are charged separately per price list — always agreed before ordering.
Do you service brands other than Maxbike and Drag?+
Yes, we service all common brands — Specialized, Trek, Cannondale, Cervélo, BMC, Cube, Scott and Bosch / Bafang e-bikes. For exotic groupsets contact us in advance, we may order a specific tool.
Do you give a warranty on the work?+
Yes — 6 months on Exclusiv service, 1 month on other packages for the work itself. Spare parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty (Shimano, Campagnolo, SRAM…).
I have an e-bike — can you service it?+
Yes, we service e-bikes routinely. We do motor diagnostics for Bosch, Bafang and Shimano STEPS. For Exclusiv service we always recommend being there at handover — we'll tell you what we found and suggest priorities.
